Pottstown Area Rapid Transit follows all Federal, State, and Local requirements for purchasing goods and services. Contractors will be required to conform with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and PennDOT clauses as necessary.

Solicitations are issued as Requests for Proprosals (RFP); Invitation for Bid (IFB); or Request for Qualifications (RFQ), depending upon the type of goods or services. Guidelines, procedures, and requirements are outlined in the bid specifications at the time of solicitation.

Minority and/or women owned small businesses are encouraged to pursue contracts with PART.
