Interior Bus Advertising Program Proposal Opportunity

The Borough of Pottstown, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in Montgomery County, is soliciting proposals for an interior bus advertising program for Pottstown Area Rapid Transit (PART). The Borough of Pottstown invites proposals for the sale and servicing of the interior bus card advertising space in the PART full-sized and paratransit bus fleet for an initial 16-month contract, followed by an option for three (3) additional one (1) year terms, subject to execution of a satisfactory Advertising Program Contract, in accordance with the requirements of the RFP. All applicable Federal, State, and local regulations and requirements apply to this solicitation. The Borough encourages the participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as well as Small Business Enterprises in this contract opportunity. Questions regarding the RFP shall be submitted to Mr. Justin Keller, Assistant Borough Manager, via email at jkeller@pottstown.org no later than 3pm on Friday, December 2, 2016. Sealed proposals must be received by the Borough of Pottstown at 100 East High Street, Attn: Justin Keller, Pottstown, PA 19464, no later than 3pm on Wednesday, December 21, 2016. All proposals received after this date and time will be considered as late and will not be opened or considered as a candidate for award.
