Notice is hereby given that Pottstown Area Rapid Transit, (PART) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation Goal in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation Regulations at 49 CFR Part 26. PART’s goal for DBE participation for Federal Fiscal Years 2018-2020 shall be (5.27%) of funds expended in the U.S. Department of Transportation assisted contracts.
A copy of the DBE Program and Goal Setting Methodology is available for inspection beginning June 30, 2017 at Borough Hall, 100 East High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464 from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Liaison Officer (DBELO) will receive and consider public comments on the proposed goal methodology until August 14, 2017. Comments may be submitted in writing to the DBELO at the above address, or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
