PART contracted with Michael Baker International to complete a Transit Development Plan which included evaluating the existing service and identifying opportunities for streamlining service to increase ridership and efficiency and to better connect riders to regional services and destinations. Public outreach was conducted in accordance with PART’s Title VI Policy and input was included in the service changes.
